Our first edition sold out within 18 months but the beer scene in this great medieval city, in contrast to its timeless air, changes rapidly. So rather than a reprint we went for a completely revised second edition, pairing each of 80 great cafés, restaurants, hotels (and a boat) with a different top quality beer.
The new edition has lost several old favourites but gained 25 new venues. The only thing that hasn’t altered is the price.
37 beers make their first appearance in this edition, with no fewer than 48 brewers and other beer makers featuring among the 80 brews.
Around Bruges in 80 Beers remains the essential guide for visitors to Bruges, whether they are well familiar with the wonders of Belgian beer or have yet to have a taste.
‘Even if you have the 1st edition, this new, fully updated edition comes very highly recommended’

‘Really amazing how many good beer spots are inside this small, medieval, touristic city of Bruges. Even for me, as a local, this piece of resource is a learning experience, showing new places that I never visited myself’
