Our first book was LambicLand, a book about the lambic beers of Brussels and Payottenland – the second edition will appear in October 2010. In summer 2006 we followed up with Around Bruges in 80 Beers, the ultimate guide to drinking in one of the world’s most beautiful beery cities, now in its second.
